The study programme is derived from market needs. It covers 186 hours of classes in the form of lectures and workshops conducted in groups. The main thematic blocks forming the basis of the study programme are: characteristics of e-commerce, management and organisation of e-commerce, communication and promotion in e-commerce. In addition, study participants will also develop a credit project.
Graduates will gain in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of trade on the Internet, with particular emphasis on the characteristics of the electronic economy and changes occurring in it, creating models and developing e-commerce strategies, online consumer behavior. Participants will gain knowledge in the field of strategic planning for e-commerce, project management and sales, logistics and marketing processes, and website design and development. With the acquired knowledge, postgraduates will be able to identify and solve basic issues in e-business, design thinking, business analysis, sales and logistics, and legal and financial aspects of e-commerce.
In addition, participants will gain knowledge and skills in e-business communication and promotion, using the omnicommerce approach, modern marketing management techniques, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, automation, and customer relationship building and management. In addition to gaining knowledge in this area, postgraduates will learn to create and use competitive advantages in e-commerce.
