Required documents
Applicants submit the required documents in paper form within the deadline specified in the admission schedule:
- personal questionnaire – printed from the system and signed by the applicant – the questionnaire can be downloaded separately for each programme to which the applicant has applied; please pay attention to the programme name (the personal questionnaire is available in the applicant’s account under the ‘Admission applications’ tab for the given programme -> ‘Documents and next steps’);
- a paper photograph – meeting the requirements specified for ID card photos;
- the original and a photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate, or the original and a photocopy of the certified copy of the secondary school leaving certificate issued by the Regional Examination Board (OKE) (the original/certified copy issued by OKE will be returned to the applicant after verification);
