Start of registration	7th May 2026
Last day of registration	20th July 2026
Last day to pay the application fee	20th July 2026
Last day to allocate the application fee to the chosen programme	22nd July 2026 until 9 a.m.
Last day to enter results	22nd July 2026 until 9 a.m.
Announcement of qualification results	22-27th July 2026
Deadline for submitting documents	28-29th July 2026
Last day for receiving documents sent by post	31st July 2026 (the postmark date applies - 29th July 2026)
Final deadline for announcing admission decisions	3rd August 2026
Next registration period if the quota is not filled	6th August - 14th September 2026

Applicants submit the required documents in paper form within the deadline specified in the admission schedule:

personal questionnaire – printed from the system and signed by the applicant – the questionnaire can be downloaded separately for each programme to which the applicant has applied; please pay attention to the programme name (the personal questionnaire is available in the applicant’s account under the ‘Admission applications’ tab for the given programme -> ‘Documents and next steps’);
a paper photograph – meeting the requirements specified for ID card photos;
the original and a photocopy of the diploma/certified copy issued by the university (the original/certified copy will be returned to the applicant after verification, once the admission process is completed, at the time and place specified by the Faculty);
the original and a photocopy of the diploma supplement issued by the university (the supplement will be returned to the applicant after verification, once the admission process is completed, at the time and place specified by the Faculty);

Qualified applicants submit the complete set of required documents on 28-29th July 2026 - details will be provided at a later time.

For graduates of all fields of study (bachelor’s/engineering/master’s).

Based on the submission of the required documents; if the number of applications is too high – based on the grade point average from studies.

Applicants are required to have an advanced level of English proficiency.
