  • Register on-line to IRK enrolment platform.

    Before you register read carefully the regulations and accept them.

    PLEASE NOTE that if you do not have your PESEL number, the system will automatically generate an artificial one for you. 007xxxxxxxx
  • Sign in to your personal account by using the login given to you by the system (007xxxxxxxx) or by your real PESEL number.
  • Complete your personal and contact details such as address, number of your ID (passport, identity card), etc.

    Complete your educational details such as type of diploma entitling to undertake studies, date of issue, name of your school, etc.

    If you have your school certificate from abroad (other country than Poland) in the system choose ‘Foreign maturity diploma’
  • Choose and register for the fields of study you would like to apply for.
  • Upload to the registration platform scan of your secondary school leaving certificate/Bachelor’s diploma to indicate your grades, as well as scan of your ID/passport.

    The grades converted and recognized by the Dean, are then included into the IRK platform by a UL database administrator. All the grades which are entered into the IRK platform must be in polish grading system.
  • Pay the application fee of 85 PLN for each field of study. If you make the payment, use bank account number given in your individual registration account (button “payments’). Each candidate is provided with an individual bank account number, where the last 11 digits are candidate’s PESEL number which is the login number to the recruitment system 007xxxxxxxx. It is possible to print out a remittance form available in your individual registration account to make the payment at the bank or the post office.

    Remember if you do not pay the application fee on time you will not take part in the qualification procedure. It takes around 2-3 days to see into your personal account that we have received the money.
  • Attach photo for Electronic Student’s ID. Photo should have the same format as for National ID 3,5x4,5 cm.

    To be sure that everything is correct and you will participate in the qualification procedure all the points in the „Registration step by step” should be marked with green positive mark.
  • Participate in the qualification procedure.
  • After being initially accepted submit required documents to the International Relations Office personally or send by post.

Receive decision on admission

  • Every candidate receives decisions on admission issued by the Rector.
