It applies to those who will still be below the age of 18 on the 1 October.
All minor applicants are required to submit a statement from their parents or legal guardians along with their complete set of documents.
All that is required is for one of the parents or guardians to fill out the document, providing their information and stating, among other things, that
- they consent to the child’s participation in the admissions process,
- they have read and understood the admissions rules and the terms and conditions (including financial ones) for pursuing studies,
- they consent to the receiving of first aid and possible hospitalization.
If the student is assigned to a dormitory, a separate document will be required, which will be sent along with the decision granting place in the dormitory.
We have also prepared information for parents explaining the rules regarding the confidentiality of candidates’ and students’ personal data, as well as basic issues related to living away from home, particularly for minors. Please share the file below with your parents so they can review it.
